5. Cancellations & Refunds

6.1 All designs, concepts, and materials created by Gazella Interiors remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. 6.2 Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our designs is strictly prohibited.
7. Liability & Warranty
7.1 Gazella Interiors is not liable for damages caused by third-party contractors, vendors, or unforeseen external factors. 7.2 Any warranty on materials or furnishings will be as per the manufacturer’s policy. 7.3 We shall not be responsible for structural defects or limitations of the existing property.
8. Confidentiality & Privacy
8.1 Client information and project details will be kept confidential and used solely for project execution. 8.2 Gazella Interiors may showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement is in place.
